Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it
  • Item must include all original tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons:

  • AppĂąts de pĂȘche sur glace (Ice fishing bait)
  • Attractants et leurres divers (Various attractants and lures)
  • Opened or used fishing line

These exceptions are final sale to ensure quality and safety for all our anglers.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

Damaged or Defective Items
