We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak fishing seasons, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
– $12.95 flat rate
– Delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
Free Shipping (EMS):
– Free for orders over $50
– Delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Like watching your fish finder for activity, you can track your package every step of the way!
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes the gear isn’t quite right – maybe it’s not the perfect action for your fishing style, or the color isn’t what you expected. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it
- Item must include all original tags and accessories
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- AppĂąts de pĂȘche sur glace (Ice fishing bait)
- Attractants et leurres divers (Various attractants and lures)
- Opened or used fishing line
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request (typically within 24-48 hours)
- Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging (for fishing rods and delicate equipment, ensure proper packaging to prevent damage)
- Ship It Back – Send the package to our Louisville headquarters (see address below)
- Receive Your Refund/Exchange – Once received and inspected, we’ll process your request

Pro Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable fishing equipment. Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your fishing gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
Refund Information
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchanges
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed, using your preferred shipping method.
International Returns
For our global anglers:
- Return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the customer’s responsibility
- Refunds will be issued in USD
- Processing times may be slightly longer for international returns
